Hannah A. Miller, LMT — Founder of Bella Sova Massage & Wellness
Hello, and welcome!
My name is Hannah Abigail Miller, but in the massage world and with just about everyone...I go by Abby!![]()
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with nearly two decades of experience in the healing arts. My journey began in 2007 after graduating from Georgia Medical Institute, and since then, I’ve had the honor of working with hundreds of individuals, including a few celebrities such as Emmanuel Lewis, Angie Stone, Malcom Jamal Warner, Juliette Lewis, and Akon, seeking healing, restoration, and peace through massage.
Originally from the vibrant island of Trinidad, I came to the United States in 1995 with my family, carrying with me a deep appreciation for cultural richness, soulful connection, and the importance of caring for the body as a sacred vessel.
My Philosophy & Purpose
Massage, for me, is more than a profession, it’s a calling. I consider my hands an extension of my heart, and I approach every session as an opportunity to create space for rest, relief, and renewal. I truly believe that healing doesn’t come from technique alone, it flows through intention, presence, and the grace of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who I invite to work through me in every session.
I founded Bella Sova Massage & Wellness to help change the narrative around rest, especially the idea that falling asleep during a massage means “missing out.” In fact, I believe sleep is one of the highest compliments a therapist can receive, it means your body has finally exhaled. At Bella Sova, we celebrate rest as a form of healing.
My Specialties
While I’m trained in a wide range of modalities, I’m particularly passionate about Integrated Massage Therapy, a customized blend of techniques designed to meet your body’s unique needs. I am also certified in:
CBD Massage Therapy
Soft Cupping Therapy
Hot Stone Massage
My sessions draw from Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Reflexology principles, creating a therapeutic experience that is as restorative as it is intuitive. Whether you’re navigating chronic tension, emotional stress, or simply seeking a space to breathe deeply and let go, I’m here to walk with you on your wellness journey.
Beyond the Table
Outside of the treatment room, I’m a devoted wife and mother, always striving to find balance between nurturing others and nurturing myself. I enjoy watching movies, traveling, swimming, and diving into a good book whenever I can.
I’m deeply grateful to do what I love every day, and even more grateful for the clients who entrust me with their care. It’s an honor to hold space for others to find stillness, healing, and rest.
I look forward to meeting you, holding space for your story, and helping you rediscover what beautiful rest feels like.
